1. Do you use branded cosmetics ?
Yes, all our cosmetics are from branded companies like Mac , Kryoalan , Mary Kay or equivalent. We make sure to use right cosmetics for right skin type.


2. I have dark complexion, will professional makeup help me look good on photos ?
Absolutely, our makeup artists are professionally trained to give you a perfect makeover. Using right cosmetics you can get fair complexion.


3. My face is full of acne, can professional makeup help get clear skin ?
Yes, we can cover up your acne.


4. How long will my makeup stay ?
We use imported cosmetics that can keep you look fresh for at least 10 hrs. You need not worry about sweat or water, our makeup is waterproof and will stay until you cleanse it with cleanser.


5. Is your imitation jewellery of good quality ?
We source jewellery from the best vendors all across India. We also custom design jewellery for our clients. We assure you of best quality jewellery.


6. Will you help me choose jewellery that suit my saree/dress ?
Yes, not every jewellery looks good on everyone. We shall assist you choose the best jewellery that goes with your saree, hairstyle and makeup.


7. When should i book my jewellery ?
Most of our clients do their bookings one month before their wedding day.


8. Will you sell jewellery ?
No, we only provide jewellery on hire.


10. Should i pay deposit amount to rent jewellery ? and how much ?
Yes, we take a refundable deposit amount from our clients. Deposit amount depends on the type of jewellery you hire.


11. When can i collect my jewellery ?
You can collect your jewellery a day before your wedding.


12. What is bridal Jada Malai ?
It is a traditional hair dressing for occasions like Muhuratam and varpoojas. Jadas are unique and custom made to match your sarees, we use exotic flowers and jewellery in this process, it takes 5 to 6 hours to complete one jada. Therefore advice you to give us at least two to three weeks of time to design a bridal jada for you.



13. Do you send jewellery by courier ?
Sorry, we do not send our jewellery by post. You have to personally pick it up form us and then personally deliver it back to us. In case of bridal package our makeup artists will deliver the jewellery to you at your wedding venue.


14. What does birdal package means ?
Bridal package includes Hairstyle, Bridal Makeup, Bridal Jada, Sareedraping & Jewellery for all three ocassions of your wedding. You can also customize your requirements on need basis.
